Our Chalets
Willy Bay Resort has only ten rammed-earth chalets nestled in the forest with enough separation to ensure your privacy. Fully refurbished in truly opulent style, our chalets leave nothing to be desired. Each chalet provides outstanding 4.5 star luxury accommodation for up to 6 people. Some have views across a beautiful lake and others have forest or vineyard views. In total, there are:
- Five Lakeside
- Two Standard Lake and
- Three Forest view chalets

Our chalets are totally self-contained with 2 separate bedrooms (most with queen size beds), a lounge (with a double size sofa bed) & dining area, full gourmet kitchen and bathroom with separate toilet.
The Lakeside chalets feature views of our lake, with a bathroom layout including a combined hydrotherapy spa bath and shower. Set back from the lake and separated by native bush, the Standard Lake chalets feature the same interior as the Lakeside chalets but do not have views of the lake and they have twin single beds in the second bedroom. The Forest View chalets are located to the rear of the property, have a bushland/forest outlook of the adjoining Yelverton
National Park and feature a corner spa and separate shower. As all the chalets have been lovingly refurbished to the same luxury standards, it is a matter of personal preference as to the type of chalet and outlook that guests would like.

Lakeside/Standard Lake and Forest view chalets.
Willy Bay Resort is based in a rural setting with a focus on premium self-catering accommodation in tranquil surroundings. There is no telephone or internet connection in the chalets or room service. However, there are plans for the introduction of telephone and broadband in the not too distant future, to complement the addition of other Resort facilities.
Housekeeping of chalets is carried out every third day for stays of 5 days or more.
All chalets are fully equipped with:
- Gourmet European-styled kitchen including: stone bench tops, large refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster and Miele electric oven, gas stove top and dishwasher
- Travertine marble flooring in bathrooms, lounge and kitchen
- Wide screen high-definition LCD TV with 10 Foxtel channels plus GWN, WIN, ABC and SBS
- CD/DVD player with surround sound system
- Solid Marri furnishings
- Indoor hydrotherapy spa bath
- Romantic gas log fire
- Reverse cycle air conditioner
- Personal outdoor BBQ on your patio
- Quality linen and towels provided
- Plus, for your convenience a hairdryer, iron, ironing board, tea, instant coffee and fresh plunger coffee

A complimentary continental breakfast is provided on the first morning of your stay plus a complimentary bottle of Margaret River wine.

Things to Do
With 75 acres at Willy Bay Resort you can relax in the natural unspoilt surroundings of forest, parkland and lake. Take a leisurely walk around the property or through our 30 acres of beautiful bushland or sit and watch wild kangaroos at sunset. Enjoy a leisurely stroll around the property; take a walk through the thousands of hectares of adjoining state forest or have a BBQ in the gazebo by the stunning lake with that special bottle of wine you found during your travels!
Wander through the shops in the townships of Margaret River, Dunsborough or Busselton or explore the quaint country stores in Cowaramup just down the road. Willy Bay Resort is conveniently located close to many great restaurants, award-winning wineries, cafes and attractions. Just a few minutes' drive will take you to an abundance of wine, cheese, chocolate and coffee, as well as beautiful coastlines, beaches, caves and forest.
