Standard Rates

Nightly rates* effective from 1 May 2009 for all chalets:

High Season:           $275 per couple

Low Season:            $225 per couple

Mid Season:             $250 per couple

High season - applies during the following: All public holidays/long weekends, Easter, Leeuwin concert weekend, Christmas and New Year, summer school holidays Dec/Jan.

Low Season - applies during the period 1 May to 31 August excluding Margaret River Wine Festival weekend, school and public holidays/long weekends. This rate is not for use in conjunction with any other specials or offers.

Mid Season - applies during all other dates not specified in Low or High season, as well as school holidays and Margaret River Wine Festival weekend.

Rates will be increasing in the near future so make the most of our current fee schedule!

Nightly charges for extra persons:

Extra adults $30 per adult

Children 2 - 12 years of age $12 per child

Cots with linen available for hire $10/cot for duration of stay

High Chair available for hire $10/high chair for duration of stay

Late checkout $20 per hour

Minimum Stay Policy

We have a minimum stay policy of two nights applicable to all bookings, except for Easter, Long Weekends/Public Holidays and December 24 - 2 January which is a minimum stay of three nights.

Bookings for one night stays may be made within five (5) days of arrival at either Mid or High season rates only and are strictly subject to availability. Contact the Resort direct to make a booking.

Booking, Amendment & Cancellation Policy

A deposit equivalent to the first night's tariff is required to confirm your booking.   The full tariff will be due and payable upon check-in.

If your deposit is not received at least seven days prior to your intended stay, your reservation will be cancelled.

We require a credit card imprint (Visa or Mastercard only) for all bookings regardless of whether you intend to pay your balance with cash or EFTPOS.

Any amendments to your booking within 24 hours will incur a $10 amendment fee per amendment.

All cancellations before seven days of arrival will incur a $70 admin fee.

Any cancellations within seven days of arrival will incur the first night’s tariff as a penalty.

Sorry, no pets allowed. We are happy to recommend local boarding kennels.
